Wellington Street Capital Project and Funding Application

THAT Council approve the Wellington Street Engineering Design as presented;

AND FURTHER THAT Council approve the request to proceed with the funding application as presented.

Terms of Reference for Master Service Plan (Phase 1)

THAT Council approve the Terms of Reference for a Master Plan for Infrastructure Deficiencies as presented.

By-laws

By-law 30-2025: Sale and Disposition of Municipal Lands Policy

THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 30-2025, being a By-law to Repeal and Replace By-law No. 08-10, A By-law to Establish a Municipal Policy with Regard to the Sale of Municipal Lands;

AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 30-2025.

By-law 31-2025: Road Closure Policy

THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 31-2025, being a By-law to Adopt a Municipal Road Closure Policy;

AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 31-2025.
