The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Councillor Gural noted the process identified on the Agenda for Public Question Period, being that questions will be addressed during the section on the Agenda that it pertains to.

  • THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 30-2025, being a By-law to Repeal and Replace By-law No. 08-10, A By-law to Establish a Municipal Policy with Regard to the Sale of Municipal Lands;

    AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 30-2025.

  • THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 31-2025, being a By-law to Adopt a Municipal Road Closure Policy;

    AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 31-2025.
