All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine or no longer require further discussion and are enacted in one motion. The exception to this rule is that a Member may request that one or more items be pulled for discussion and voted on separately.

THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 14-2025, being a By-law to repeal By-law 13-90, a By-law to Designate the Property Municipally Known as 106 Colborne Street East as being Architectural and Historical Value;


AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 14-2025.

THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Merrickville-Wolford give First, Second, Third and Final Reading to By-law 15-2025, being a By-law to Adopt a Speed Policy for the Village of Merrickville-Wolford;


AND FURTHER THAT authorization be given to the Mayor and Clerk to sign, seal and place in the By-law Book for the Municipality By-law Number 15-2025.

THAT Council approve the Speed Study and the implementation of the associated recommendations in the Speed Study provided by Jp2g Consultants.

THAT Council approve and authorize staff to proceed with the Brush Amnesty Program at the landfill site for the days outlined in the proposed schedule.

THAT Council approve the sublicense agreement with the Merrickville Lions Club to operate the Lions Club Campground and authorize the Mayor and CAO to sign the agreement as presented.

A copy of the full Operational Plan can be viewed on the February 10th Committee of the Whole Agenda.


THAT Council approve the endorsement letter for the OCWA Operational Plan and authorize the Mayor and CAO to sign the commitment and endorsement letter as presented.
